Proficient using Microsoft Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Access).Associate's Degree and 2+ years relevant experience in the aerospace, manufacturing, automotive, or similar industry -OR- an additional 2 years will be considered in lieu of a degree (Highschool Diploma/GED + 4 years of experience).Additional duties as reasonably required.Work effectively with all staff towards the goals of the company.Maintain a tidy, orderly work area in accordance with the principles of 5s.Adhere to standard warehouse management principles.Communicate relevant issues to Engineering and Inspection Teams.Identify and execute process improvement opportunities.Maintain strict material handling practices in accordance with good practice/ procedures.Stock, pick, and organize flight hardware and purchased materials.Proactively report minimum stock levels to manager.Maintain accurate inventory levels and account for all inventory transactions within ERP system.Ship hardware to vendors and end customers in accordance with SOPs.Receive parts into ERP system and physically stock on a FIFO basis.No challenge is too big or too small for you! You also provide invaluable support for engine testing operations. With your extensive knowledge of freight forwarding, dangerous goods regulations, and specialized driving qualifications, you excel in packing, loading, unloading, towing, and transporting special and precious cargo. Additionally, you possess the skills to handle complex requests for information, tasks, and projects. Your expertise ensures inventory accuracy, adherence to processes, and customer satisfaction through just-in-time fulfilment. Your responsibilities span a wide range of tasks, from receiving and storing inventory to counting and kitting items for production.
